Nahak Sports products are meticulously tested  before being commercialized and are covered by a warranty on manufacturing defects.

Any equipment affected by a manufacturing defect will be either exchanged or repaired depending on the damage, this free of any extra charge to our clients. You need to contact us at the following email address info@nahaksports.com with details on the issue affecting your equipment.

We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear of our equipment; any damage caused by a dog (ex: chewing), damage consequent to an incident (ex: a sharp object cutting or piercing one of our products), or any damage resulting from inadequate use of our equipment. Any modifications to our equipment nuls Nahak Sports warranty.

Independently from the nature of the damage, do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you find a solution to your problem, even if it is not covered by the warranty. The dogs are not very delicate users!


Note that we do not take any returns and only accept exchanges.

If you purchased equipment from one of our associated retailers, you must proceed directly with them for your exchange.

For exchanges of merchandise purchased from our online store, contact us within 10 opening days after the reception of your order at the following email address info@nahaksports.com. No articles returned without priorly contacting us will be exchanged.  

Returned equipment must be in new condition, clean and clear of hair.

All shipping cost, over and back, related to the exchange are at the client's charge.

All custom sized harnesses, and the PIGMA collection products are not exchangeable.
